Room blocks at special rates are being held in most of Vienna hotels of various categories. Hotels are mostly located in the city centre with good connection by metro (U-Bahn) to the venue (Austria Center Vienna).
Room rates are indicated in Euro (EUR) per room/per night inclusive of breakfast, VAT and applicable charges. Rates are based on 2016. VAT is subject to change and as a result room rates may increase in line with any change in applicable tax.
Rooms are being allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Early reservation is highly recommended.

Availability in some hotels may be limited; please kindly send your request to C-IN at [email protected] or through the List of hotels (Submit a reservation request button). Please include information on number of rooms required, arrival and departure dates, room type, preferred hotel or area. An offer based on your actual requirement and currently available rooms will be provided withing 2 working days followed by a contract stating terms and conditions for the respective hotel selected.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION

The actual individual hotel reservations shall be done via our online system
After completing the hotel booking, participant will receive a system notification that reservation request was received (please note this is not a confirmation of the room). Confirmation of the hotel booking will be issued only after the prepayment is received.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Full prepayment is required to guarantee the room. It can be made by a credit/debit card online or by a bank transfer based on our deposit invoice..

Bank transfer payments will be accepted until April 20, 2016 only.
A full payment free of any bank charges must be received by C-IN.
Guarantee of extras
All extras/incidental charges (mini-bar, telephone, room service and other hotel services) must be settled by the guests directly with the hotel upon departure. The hotel will demand a credit card guarantee from all guests upon arrival.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing to C-IN, requests made by phone call will not be accepted; please do not contact the hotels directly as rooming lists are being handled by C-IN.
A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged for any change of guest name.
Cancellation/Reduction of room nights reserved can be made until March 11, 2016 and the amount prepaid will be refunded less EUR 60 handling fee.
If your room is cancelled/number of room nights reduced after March 11, 2016, or if you arrive later or depart earlier than reserved the total amount of accommodation will be charged and no refund can be made.
In case of later arrival other than reserved please inform the Housing Agent in order to guarantee the room.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Rooms will be available after 15 hrs on the day of arrival and generally shall be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. If the guest fails to comply with the arrival/departure times, the hotel may charge his/her credit card or the Client for any additional cost incurred. Early check-in or late check-out is up to room availability and may be additionally charged.
RESPONSIBILITY
C-IN shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of the guest nor for any health issues or injury occured to the guest. The guest is advised to arrange adequate insurance covers.
